My name is Krishna Dasgupta, I own a scooter name Yamaha Aerox 155. I placed an order for a rear brake shoe and right side mirror full kit, it has been more than a month but still I am not getting my parts.

I placed the order at Yamaha Tanushka Auto. I don't know why I am not getting my parts.

3 COMPLAINTS FOR 2 YEARS
1. CONTINOUS NOISE IN CHAIN - Chain Sproket changed in Dec 2021 and Dec 2022 - no change is noise
2. PROBLEM WITH BALANCING - Fork Issue NOT SOLVED - Inspite of making payments
3. BIKE TURNING OFF REGULARLY DURING RIDES - First they made me change the battery. Then again they said Battery problem after 1 year. NOW I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE RECTIFIER....

Yamaha FZS v3 - ABS motor failure and subpar service

I purchased my bike on 15th May 2019, and have ridden it for around 5000 km. Today (15th March 2023) I went to the Yamaha Dealer (near Domlur Flyover, Bengaluru) and told him about my problems applying the front brake; the brakes apply partially, and it takes a very long time for the bike to come to a complete halt. Fascino Scooter Bluetooth Option Not working since purchase

Pathetic support from VRB SPEED AUTO YAMAHA

Hi All,

I would like to highlight the second instance happened with me.

I am a person owning FZ25, and also regularly service with Yamaha service centre @ VRB(speed) auto Yamaha.

Poor machinery

Warranty issues from the dealer

Unfortunately, we've missed our 3rd servicing, when we tried to contact our dealer they're saying that since we've missed the servicing and so the warranty got lapsed.
could you please look into this matter, as we hardly drove the vehicle and the distance covered is less than 1000km.
And regarding the servicing, it is not properly done the 2nd time due to which there's a oil leak at the engine which we need to reach out to dealer...

Warranty getting lapsed

Unfortunately, we've missed our 3rd servicing, when we tried to contact our dealer they're saying that since we've missed the servicing and so the warranty got lapsed.
