I had booked a plot i.e plot no 372, 32nd Park View under Gaur Yamuna City and Builder has generated the Builder Buyer Agreement on the same date without final payment.
Later on undersigned has make the payment as per the scheduled but there was some dispute which was not responded by Builder and i have forced to make the entire payment with interest and penalty on Jan 2023.
At the same time they have collected society maintenance charges also even society is not yet developed and not maintaining property.
Recently when I visited for registration after getting NDC & NOC from builder, again they are demanding construction penalty on behalf of YEIDA, where I asked the backup document, which was not available with them and they are not allowing us for registration. Even there was COVID in this period and due to force measure construction activities was also suspended.
