YashTel — Internet disconnection after 9pm | |||||
I have raised a complaint regarding the frequent internet disconnection and further no internet after 9 pm every day. Even after 3 months yashtel couldn't rectify the problem. Surprisingly every time i receive a call from yashtel in the morning hours saying the issue was attended backend and further the issue was sorted out and the complaint will be closed. Till now none of the technician has come to site to attend the issue. I have paid the amount quarterly. Since the issue was unattended by yashtel. Extend the validity by 2 months free of cost and attend the issue on top most priority. If there is any issue with the copper line dbc modem, upgrade the line to cisco modem or give me a ofc cable connectivity. This time i require an immediate solution. Refer the attachments how many times i have called to yashtel regarding the complaint. Every time the complaint number is updated. Every month around i am spending 100 rupees to call yashtel customer care for complaining regarding the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
