YashTel — internet disconnection (not working) red light in modem

Hello all,
This manjunath av here and my i'd blrpv00774, i'm using yashtel broad band service but i am not getting proper service from yashtel. Customer care peoples are very irresponsible peoples they don't want take calls from customers and by luck of they attend the call only one irresponsible answer i. E. Call to franchise person.

If i called franchise person he will neve ever turn out to resolve the issue and speaking to customer rude. So i need resolution on this. Every month there will be no internet for 3 to 5days.

If yashtel doesn't want to give service then pl return back my money while i have given installation time and take out yashtel stuff my home.

For the last 5 days our Wi-Fi is down and inspite of recording the complaint no 32583, customer service seems to be last priority for you.
It is requested to kindly discontinue my service and refund back the smount paid by me
