[Resolved]  YashTel — Red light , no internet access !

My username is MYS15768, internet has been down from morning and no one is receiving the calls when i call customer care. RESOLVE IT AS FAST AS ITS POSSIBLE. The red light is coming up so its problem from the yashtel side please resolve it, as i have online classes.
