Yatra — Refund Not Issued After Multiple Follow-Ups

I was trying to book 3 domestic tickets on Sep 23, 2026 and due to some technical error on Yatra's platform the tickets were not booked but the money was debited from my account twice. I have been following up with Yatra since Sep 27, 2026regarding the refund for the erroneously debited money and they said they will update me in 24-48 hours and it's been 16 days I have not received any response from them inspite of following up with them multiple times. I just need them to resolve this and return my money.
