Yebhi.com — Defective mobile received | |||
i have order a mobile phone from yebhi.com on 14 January 2014 and received the order on 23rd January 2014 late evening. At the time of delivery i was not at home so i have send one of my friend to collect order from courier. i came after one day and open the box and seen that mobile was damaged immediately i have contacted their support number[protected]. Support said that you have to inform us within 24 hrs i told them that i was not at my home and open the package next day. I have escalated this case to floor Supervisor Charu and she also refuses to accept the damaged product . i don't know how many of customer get impacted because of this and fooled by this. email id :- [protected]@rediffmail.com Yebhi Order No - YBH5097981 this is my vary pathetic experience in online shopping.
