Yellow Taxi — demanding excess fare

Hi,

Everyday i travel from minto park to st lawrence (Ballygunge circular road) on daily basis through yellow taxi. The distance is approx 1.9km and fare reaches merely the base amount. It costs approx 30 everyday. Today after reaching the destination the driver started shouting that you have to give me extra for travelling such a short distance. I asked why should i pay extra when your meter is telling 30, he started abusing and shouted on the top of his voice. Finally i had to give him extra money to stop him. Please take action against the driver as it is not all fair to charge extra without any reason just because if someone is travelling for short distance.
