Dear Sir/Madam I had placed a order on 16-jan-2015(order id[protected] still i did'nt get my product. i rise a complaint (complaint id[protected] and it is escalated but still the product is not received. complaint is still open.and in your courier partner site it shows that the product is stuck at Bhubaneswar from[protected]courier id[protected]) and here by tell you that if the product is not received on or before 30-1-15 i need by money back with compensation. i need immediate action.
