Yepme.com — defect black shoe

I have send back shoe to yepme against order no 3405578.It is more than six month case, but till date I have not received any refund.Several time i write to yepme, also they are not attending phone.I thing Yepme me is cheater company in india.I request all please dont purchase anything from yepme.As per refund concern they are not cooperation with customer.I am fed up with yepme.Also i dont know the any phone no to talk with customer care.So please highlight my complain for all customer of Yepme.
