Yepme.com — delay in delivery of my order

Sir/madam, I have ordered 2 shoes worth 698 Rs. And I have paid for the order through online Payment. I ordered the products on 16th September and the expected delivery was 22 September. But still I have not received my order. Please look in to the problem and try to deliver the order as soon as possible .MY ORDER ID[protected].. If you can't deliver it atleast return my money. I am very disappointed with the service you guys are providing. Hope you will resolve it as soon as possible.

Sir I had booked a shoe id 209540 on 17th sept.18by paying online Rs.299/-instead of 20% discount but neither I have not got any order id or confirmation whereas payment has done successfully.kindly refund my account.No body is picking phone in customer care.Why I have not get any information so far
