[Resolved] Yepme.com — for not receiving my order, & or my refund | |
I have ordered one cargo pant & one shirt costing rs.937.00 from yepme.com on 31/12/2017. My order no 34019333 on dt 31.12.2017, mo.no. [protected] still not received. No any tracking id is provided. I had called to its customer care on 11/01/2018, who told me that my order has been cancelled & against that refund process is initiated, & it will be credited back in my bank account within 14 to 21 days from aforesaid date. Till now I didn't get my money back from yepme.com. & almost every day I am calling to its customer care.. no any response given & they didn't attending my call even from waiting in call for hour's.
