[Resolved] Yepme.com — issue in refund

I had ordered from yepme on 13th aug 2017 with an order id 33824839. My items got cancelled due to stock issue. I had paid an amount of 1257rs through net banking, as per customer care they said i'll get refund in 3days. But till now i haven't and they are not picking up my calls ([protected])

Kindly do something and help me to get back my money. I'll never buy anything from yepme. This is the wrost site i hv ever seen in my life and customer service is very very poor. I hv to wait 1-2hrs to talk to one of their representative. Last time when they pick up after 8hrs of waiting they said i'll get back my money in 5days but till now i hv not. Its more than 60 days and they are not doing anything in their end.
I hv also mailed to [protected]@yepme.com 20-30 times but still no reply. Just help me to get me back my money.
