I had placed an order on yepme app on[protected] and made the payment vide netbanking mode. My account got debited however the order was not successful on yepme app. My bank wants an email confirmation from yepme officials that the order was unsuccessful. They will then take it up directly with yepme and refund the amount back to me. Tried calling their call numbers but no one picks up the phone. Looking forward to a favorable response.
