Order # 32608478 Complaint ID: 2849627 I've sent back the products I had purchased 55 days back and I have exchanged at least 25 emails with them and each time only receiving a standard response "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department. We wish to assure you that we are working upon your concern on priority basis. Once, we receive an update over the same we shall inform you accordingly." I am tired of following up with them; and I've never ever seen such pathetic customer service. Rather have a bot send these messages! I was told that the shipping charges will be paid back as well but no sign of that either. The T-shirts I ordered were of such inferior quality, I would've rather used them to dust my furniture than return.. at an additional cost! Was this information helpful? | |||||
