Yepme.com — non delivery of order already paid

Hi I had booked a pair of shoes on 16th october 2017 (Order id[protected] on yepme.com and made the online payment for the same via paytm wallet. However i'm yet to receive my order. Kindly get the order delivered at the earliest. The customer care number is not responding and mails to customer. [protected]@yepme.com and [protected]@yepme.com are not being replied. Order # 33932423 and 33933327 the status of my order still showing as pending for review from last 1 week.

I done the Payment as well andstill i have not received my order and i am not able to reach customer care as well.
