Yepme.com — not getting orders items already make payment

I am placing order on Yepme application

And make payment of 577 rs..For 3 items as here attached in pics..

But I am not receive any items..
And also in order tracking status not showing any status..

Already after 1 week there is no any communication form Yepme..

I have already male call 10 times
On[protected] number but there is no any operator answer the call..

Kindly do the needful for getting my money back or items...
