[Resolved] Yepme.com — online order but not placing order | |||
I booked 2 pair of shoes on 18/09/2017 from yepme and paid online, my order id is #33881611 and name is nilesh balar but i didn't receive any order confirmation mail after placing order. My expected order delivery date was 24/09/2017 but till yet i didn't get any information about my order, also from the first day it is continuously showing despatch is pending. I tried to contact customer care from past 5 days but no one is responding to calls. Please look into this matter and respond aa soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||

My oreder no is 33278721 was placed on 12 sept with pre payment and last date of delivery was 18 sept courier service was DTDC they didnt msg me at all and order returned to yepme and now customer care is not picking up my call want my money back or replace my order

Changed the product and bad product no replies customer care 2days calling any time the number alwsays show busy company upload those number no any replies any number company is not
