Yepme.com — order canceled but amount not refund | |
I ordered yepme clover premium kurti on 23/09/2017 with order no 33886546 and made online payment for the same. I canceled my order due to late delivery date after making online payment on dated 23/09/2017. Company also sent me an sms regarding cancellation of my order and it was mentioned that the refund will be process within one week. I have not received any refund till now (04/10/2017), company customer service is very poor. Please help me to recovery of my refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered one pair of shoe in yepme one month back, order ID:33851372. that order was automatically rejected and money also not refunded back to my account. I kept on trying to contact customer care, but no one is answering my call. Either deliver my order or refund money back.
