[Resolved] Yepme.com — order cancelled and no refund of money

Hi,
I had ordered products in yepme and order # 33824330 with amount # 1118/- for men shoes and ladies slippers but order has been cancelled and no intimation given to me and i'm trying to reach customer care of yepme and no one picking up the call.

I request you to refund my money back and keep me informed about the refund amount.

Still my money has not refunded and let me when i can expect the refund to process.

It's almost an month now and still refund on done on my credit card.

Kindly check and do the needful and i had send mail to "[protected]@yepme.com" mail id with no reply mail till today.

I ordered shoes on july 19th 2017 but still i not received my shoes . i also checked in website it shows the order is rejected . i also called the customer car they taking my calls and also mail to the company maid no response for the both please give any idea for this my order id is 33794128 my mob no is [protected]
