[Resolved] Yepme.com — order cancelled automatically and money not refunded

My order no is 33978516. I have placed order on 26.11.2017. At the time of order expected date was showing 3-4 days but after almost 2 months I have not received my order of two jackets. Now yepme website is showing that my order is rejected
Now when I am trying to contact their customer care they are not being contact neither their phone number nor through mail. Please help me in getting my amount refunded to me which is Rs 1097.

Updated by Vivek1506 Sir, I am not getting any response from their side on [protected]@yepme.com. please help me out in getting my money. Neither they have delivered my order nor they are returning my money. Please let me know what to do. I was not aware that yepme team is so slow and poor that they are interested in only money and has no meaning with customer satisfaction. Even after 2 months they just said that they are looking into matter and forwarded my concern to their team. It is clear that they have not delivered my order also they have not returned my money. So I don't know that for what they are waiting. Such a bad company yep me is.
