Yepme.com — order cancelled by yepme but not not refunding the amount

I was order product, yepme website and pay the amount through online
After 2/3 days the yepme site are cancell the order automatically, and not refund the amount
I was called 5/6 times, same they are always say, after 14-21 days your amount is refunded, but still i'm not getting the amount,
Order placed on 13 june, expected delivery date 20june, they are cancel the order but not refunded

And rs.1718 amound paid
