Yepme.com — order is not cancelling and not refunding my money

I am ordered from yepme.com order id : 34107159 on date 15 nov 2018 and it's expected delivery was 20 nov 2018. I have ordered a jacket of 978 rs and the status is always coming readyfordispatch.
The order has not arrived and as well as cancelling. I want my money back i have payed through my debit card directly i want my money directly in my account.
