[Resolved] Yepme.com — Order not delivered

I have submitted an order 33691434 at Yepme.com on 24th May 2017 and paid for the same online. The order was supposed to be delivered on 30th May however it was not delivered. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but there is no response. I checked the status of the order on-line it is showing as pending verification for the past one week. I have already paid for the order and I am concerned if the order will ever get delivered.

Hi this is Mahadevaswamy AJ, I ordered one combo package in your website on 04/05/2017, order ID IS 33624693, amount rs1376, actually I cancelled this order on next day 05/05/2017, But till now not refund my money.
