[Resolved] Yepme.com — order not dispatched

My name is gokul c r. The complaint is regarding an order i placed on www.yepme.com.The order no is 33960231 the date in which i placed the order is 12-11-17 for an amount of 598. And even after 5 days the status shows ready to dispatch i called them a lot of times but nobody picked up the phone. I then tried to cancel the order but it didn’t get cancelled i think they are cheating customers and it’s a fraud company

Updated by gokul cr ITS 06/02/2018 the incident happend about 3 months now.But i didnt received my money back.The company is fraud and they are cheating the customer.
