I have ordered watch from yepme on 29th september 2017 at 1:25 am. Payment also made. I got a messege from yepme, that my order was placed with order id: 33901575. Mobile number: [protected]

When i tried to track my order status, its showing error' dear customer, you cannot add online complaint for this order because the order is not confirmed. Please contact our customer care[protected] to confirm your order'
But when i try to call, that number is not exist.
And i have tried on '[protected]' but they put me on hold for 30min, no one responded to my query. It happened 2-3 times.
Till now the item was not confirmed, not shipped yet. They have given delivery date of 6th oct, 2017.
Its irritating that already 6 days over, but they are very lazy to confirm my order.
I want the product with in 2 days from right now. Its your mistake.
Rectify as soon as possible and ship my product as soon as possible.
