Hi, I ordered a shoes on 28 th may but till next the order not delivered. Even though I am calling for customer care but the lines are busy always. Iam fed up with ur services. I would like to cancel my order please refund my money.

Further i have ordered another shoes which have order id 34075182 still it is not delivered. Please resolve it.
Due to delay of my order I cancelled it. I still didn't receive my money back and it is more than 15 days now. Customer service do not respond. Even after waiting for 20-30 minutes on customer care they do not receive call. I have tried from gmail aslo but their mail system is full.
I have ordered another shoes with order number 34075182. Even after 2 weeks I don't recieve the order.
