I have ordered a pair of shoes and a t-shirt.. Since last three days the status was readyfordispatch and now it's showing allocationfailedptgrn-trans.

My delivery date is 18th june and i need the delivery on time as its urgent.

I tried calling customer care multiple times and waited for more than half an hour but no response.

Please help me with my order.
