[Resolved] Yepme.com — paid money but order not received | |||
Sir, First order no 33762437, around 40 days old, ordered & paid money online, item not yet received and upon checking recently, it got cancelled with out any intimation to me. Second order no 33795213, around 15 days old, ordered & paid money online, item not yet received and upon checking recently, it got cancelled with out any intimation to me. You make so many good products @ reasonable rates, but your customer support is not good. Tried to contact through phone, even after ringing for 10 mins, nobody attends. Emails sent to you not reaching you due to some problems @ your end. Pl either despatch the orders, or at least let me purchase your other products. If both are not possible, please refund me. My order no.33780537 and i have placed order in the first week of july and still now i have not received and no intimation sent regarding delay. This is not a good customer experience. I am a customer of yepme for the past 2years.
