[Resolved] Yepme.com — parcel not delivered | |||||
Hello, I have ordered 3 tops on 26th june, 2017 from yepme app. Earlier it was shown that my orders are ready to dispatch, and the expected arrival date was 2nd july, 2017. I haven't received them yet, and now in my account it says, "no orders found". The grand total was 657 inr and i made the payment online. The money isn't refunded as well. Its been almost a month now. I've tried contacting through your official email id i. E. Customer. [protected]@yepme.com as well, but i didn't get any response. Hence, i would like to request yepme to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. A screenshot of the money debited has been attached.
