Yepme.com — product not received

I have ordered shoe on 28 Jun 2018 in http://www.yepme.com, and paid money using the debit card, order id 34083722. Waited for product more than 2 months, but still product status in ReadyForDispatch, no email or sms about the product. Raised complaint in yepme website but no response till 30 Aug 2018. Called the the customer care no:[protected] but it puts in the queue for more than 30 minutes waiting every time. Tried other escalation phone no[protected] but no one picking the call. Can you please help me to receive the product soon or refund the money.
