Yepme.com — I not received my orders yet.. and you had took the amount of those order

I had ordered you in dated on 9th July. And i had made it online payment of 872.You had took the amount for the account. And expected delivery was 18th July and today is 19th July till now i had not got any single mail about my order or a text message.. If I'll track my order it's showing as not yet dispatched. And till now i had called you 1000 times.. Why your not receiving call..? If you don't want to receive then why you give no.??
