Yepme.com — product was not delivered to me... | |||
On[protected] I ordered a grey medium denim from Yepme, com wroth of Rs.750 on which I have paid Rs.150 via online cupon . I haven't received my product till date.Then I have filed a complaint in the customer service of yepme.com, their customer service executive contacted me via telephone for seven time and claimed that their delivery partner i.e Ecom Express who delivers parcels of yepme.com says the the product was delivered to me. But the tracking system of yepme.com shows the product was dispatched not delivered. I am totally frustrated with the service of yepme.com. All the time when the customer service executive dial to me will say: Sorry for the delay sir. your product will be delivered with 48 hours." 1 and half month over but haven't received my product. I want to take necessary disciplinary action againt Yepme.com and proper compensation for delay delivery, improper response and providing false information. Was this information helpful? | |||
