Already contacted helpine number many many times.
Please initiate refund, and send sms ot mail confirmation.

The customer care people always put calls on hold, and after many conversations of 10-20 mins each, no info on my refund was provided.

I have have cancelled the order number 3107883 on may 14, i didnt recieve any cancellation conformation message and money was not credited so far, so please clear the issue as early as possible.

Bad services - 1st experince is the last experince.

Refund process is not satisfactory, not giving quick response.No proper customer care email id. I never recommend to by products from YEPME. Snapdeal, Flipkart, Ebay, Amazon are the best in INDIA.
