My sons Yogesh Garg and Umesh Garg have purchased Shoes vide orders no. 32381229 and 32381161 for Rs. 161/- and Rs. 111/- in all Rs. 272/- but my sons had already returned the shoes but no refund has made till date. Several complaints have been moved in this regard but all are futile. Your company has not made refund till date. It is unfair trade practice. Please said amount be refunded and credited to the said account and inquiry be conducted against this illegal act of employees of your company.
