Yepme.com — refund for cancelled order

I ordered a watch on date 11 may 2018 from yepme app of rs.738 but i had to cancel that order because i ordered another watch which has been delivered to me but till now i have not received my money back for the cancelled order.
I have tried calling yepme customer care but call is not being attended and already mailed to [protected]@yepme.com on date 2 june 2018 but still didn't get any revert or refund.
