I have ordered a shoe from yepme on 16th july 2017 with order no.
33790838. Which you guys rejected on 23rd july 2017 without even
Informing me.. I didnt receive any email or phone call or sms.. I got
To know about this then my reward points were refunded.. Then i call
Your customer care service on 24th of july and they said that i will
Get the refund within 15-21 days... And they also said that i could
Accept the refund by a coupon of rs 220.. They said i will receive
The coupon code by sms and email withing 7-10 days.. Today even after
13 days i got no sms or email from yepme... Your customer care
Executives are so busy that i have to stay on line for 15-20 minutes
Each and every single time i call yepme.. And still no one receive my
Phone calls... I stay on hold... I made my payment through paytm.. So i want my cashback of rs 220 in my paytm account as soon as possible..
