[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not credited | |||||
Hi, I had ordered(Order ID:[protected] for a jacket in Yepme for Rs. 1000 and returned it as I did not like it. I had requested to refund the amount in my account. I have been following for the past one month. Everytime I send an email to [protected]@yepme.com the response I get is they have escalated it to the concerned team and they will get back. Till date no response. Even the customer care number provided does not connect to the customer care executive. I have never had such worst experience through any online shopping.
