Dear sir mam I had ordered jeans "yepme fiora premium denim - blue" order id "33814724". However it was damaged therefore i had returned the jean on 09/08/2017 ". They didnot refund the amount. I had paid. Noe yepme is neither responding my emails nor they are picking my calls. I have not yet received my refund for the returned goods. Till date - 2 months to GO, neither refunding nor picking up calls,
only got repeated message from yepme stating "forwarded to the concerned department since 31st August 2017".
Horrible customer service from Yepme!
