[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not issued even after 1 month | |||||
Order no. 33655416 placed on 13th may 2017 payment made online through debit card. Payment was processed and also confirmed by yepme. I had to cancel said order due to some irregularities in discounts. After i contacted customer care, the order was cancelled on the same day and was given assurance (Including 1 email attached) that the amount paid will be credited back to my bank account within 10-14 days. After waiting for the said duration and despite making numerous phone calls to their customer care, i have still not received the refund as of 12th june 2017. Was this information helpful? | |||||
