Yepme.com — Refund not paid | |
I ordered two saree from Yepme and I paid the amount Rs.1274/- through my SBT Online Bank. After one week I checked my order status and it says that shipping is pending. I got information from their customer care that the ordered items were out of stock and it will take more time to shipping. So I confirmed her (customer care representative) to cancel my order and she said my refund will credit within 5 -7 working days. Now it is more than 10 days since i cancelled my order. Every time When I contact customer care they repeating the same answer that it will resolve next 3 working days.
I feel YEPTME is a fraud/fake site to took customers money. Let me know how can i file a complaint consumer court about online cheeting.?

After several contact to their email and customer care I got a mail from yepme regarding my refund is processed and it will reflect in my account 2-3 working days. Six days over now. Today (08/01/14) I got a mail which says their refund gateway got some technical problem and my refund will take longer than expect. The details of all mail contact is attached with this. Check it

They delivered the wrong product from which I've ordered. Attached image is the pair of shoes they have delivered for Order No: 4369607. In the pair, one shoe(left side) was the one I ordered and they delivered wrong shoe, size...(right side). I resent the product to their warehouse and it was delivered to them on 23rd Dec 2013. I've been asking them for my refund since one month and there is no response from their side. Attaching the image of the product that I've received.
