This is regarding my order no.[protected] I have placed this order on 22- May-2017 and paid through the internet banking ...I spoke to the customer care regarding the refund but the customer care team is so pathetic that they could not help me out. I was supposed to get refund in my account but there is no refund from yepme till now i.e. even after 40 days. I tried calling customer care several times but every time was call on hold for more than half an hour and as a result i could not speak to the customer care team...This is my worst experience ever !! ...Can somebody from Yepme team look at the earliest so that I can get my refund..
