[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not received | |||||
I have ordered formal shoes on 23-08-16. My order ID is 31996899. But the size of shoe was not fitting properly. That's why I have opted for Refund. As I contacted Yepme, customer care executive told me to send the product by courier so that, the purchase amount and courier charges will be refunded. I have sent the shoes by courier and the product status is also showing as "Returned". But I have not received Refund amount and Coupon Code yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
