[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not yet initiated. Order got cancelled without any intimation. No replies/response despite incessant calling and mailing | |||||
I placed an oder on 19th june. The expected delivery date was 24th and i never received the order. Let alonw the order, i did not receive any update on my phone number or email. I have called yepme customer care more than 15 times, each time i had to disconnect the call because they wouldn't transfer it to their agents and only keep me waiting. Each time i had to wait for more than 10 minutes, i emailed screen shots of my call history to the care. Despite my incessant tries, i never received any response from the company. I had paid online for the order and even when my order got cancelled automatically after a few days, my refund has not been initiated. This is by far the worst online buying experience i've had, have some shame yepme in carrying this huge brand name. Only been offered worst services. My order id was 33762564. As a process we are going ahead and canceling your order. We have raised a request for a refund of your entire payment. I think this is fraud, delivering wrong or faulty product the product I received is faulty piece I want to replace as soon as possible I called many times to Customer Care of yepme but they didn't respond me. I tried many times to contact Customer Care but yepme didn't respond my Order id is 33769716
