I have an yep me account as [protected]@gmail.com (Contact no.[protected]) from which i have ordered (Order no.[protected] yep me jogger sports shoes - green & black & yep me brock polo tee - yellow & blue amounting rs.778 in total on june 20, 2017 but it came to in my notice that they have rejected it without intimating me on june 29, 2017. I contacted customer care executive thrice & they assured me that it will be refunded within 14-21 days but still neither i have received my refund of rs. 778 & nor any mail from their side for cause of delay of my refund of rs.778. I am putting complaint on this due to poor customer care support from yepme, they are not connecting via call nor they replied to the mail, please initiate my refund as you have cancelled the order on your end and its been a month now.
