I purached item worth 700 rupess. I am trying call center for reverse pickup. Daily call on number given but phone ring for 30minute and get disconnect. No response of them. Not even by mail
What to do in this case.

Please give me solution as soon as possible. Very bed quality of item. I need refund and reverser pick up from them.

Ever courier people not delivered item on hand. And they didn't update status too

Please check status and reply to me as well as I Email photo and screen sort of tracking to. Please refund money with courier charges.
