Updated by mothermira Yepme response is useless & unhelpful. They should have arranged Refund immediately on cancellation by themselves. Refund should have been made at least after being notified about the Complaint. Replies like " we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department etc..." is deliberate and running away from facing issues when confronted with. I am slowly loosing hope on this. Sad but true.

Your reply is very disappointing. How to trust your Coupon if you can't give a Refund of even Rs.400+. In any case, I sourced the Shoes from elsewhere due to your suo moto cancellation and therefore your Coupon is anyway USELESS.
I AM REJECTING YOUR OFFER TO ACCEPT COUPON & THEREFORE ARRANGE FOR REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
IT'S A SHAME THAT YOU CAN'T HANDLE EVEN SUCH PALTRY REFUNDS. GOD SAVE CUSTOMERS LIKE US WHO HAD TRUSTED YOU AND LOST CONFIDENCE & SLEEP.

Updated by mothermira No, the Complaint is yet to be resolved. It is a wrong claim to say that Complaint was resolved on 13/08/2017 when I have not received any Refund even as of today i.e 19/08/2017.
Yepme is incapable of resolving any Complaint irrespective of the value, however small it may be ( mine is Rs.339/- only) as they have no intention to settle. All bloody cheats. Please always check back with the Complainant before posting such wrong information just based on the statement of the organisation being complained about.
