This complaint is regarding order number : 33932073, i had called yepme customer to notify them about the double debit and the agent who spoke also confirmed that double payment is made and said he will escalate the issue but its already 22+ business days, but i have received nothing. Look into this matter.

I am really frustrated after spending 2 hours+ on the phone trying to contact you guys a guy picks up cal and cuts the call, this is ridiculous. Worst customer service i have experienced.
Every weekend it as become a routine, to call you guys and wait for response. Please try not to disappoint me more
Also please look into issue of order number: 33919997, even this is a refund issue and i have already sent neft details to [protected]@yepme.com through my registered email id, but refund still not processed, hope these issues will be solved within next week. Was this information helpful? |
