[Resolved]  Yepme — Defective shoe not replaced

Hi,

I placed a order of loafer shoes. When I opened the delivery packet I saw totally defected Shoes.
When I told for replacement in customer care they are saying you have to speed-post the delivery in good condition
first of all I told you this is not my mistake this is your responsibility to deliver product in best condition.
If I replace the product whether the color or size matter than I speed-post it no doubt.
This is so disgusting I ordered first time in Yep me now I will never order in this totally fake company.
Please consumer forum do action against it.
