My order id is 32164201 which was placed on sep 8 and my order was picked up on sep 14 as i had asked them for a refund due to size issue. It has been 2 months my refund is still pending. Yepme what are you people upto? Are you in losses thats why you are not refunding my money stuck with you past 2 months... Let me know when will i get a refund or have guts to say that we are in losses please give us some alms. You people force the customers to speak wrongly to your just coz of your deeds. Pathetic people to deal with. Will never shop for any yepme products you suck.you people are really pathetic, i dont know you need to learn how to process a refund request. i haven't received my refuynd yet i have already sent you my bank statement details on your refund mail id. What else you want.Its frustrating and your idiotic customer care people need to be taught how to make a neft transaction.It hardly takes 2 days for the money to reflect in the account but hell no you people are just making the customer fool saying that the refund has been already processed.To hell with your services i want my hard earned money back.who is going to refund my time's value that i wasted to talk to your foolish customer care executive .It takes too long to connect to them. It never took me so long to connect to any other company's executive .YOu people make customers fool .Is yepme running in losses? thats y you have taken the products back also and not refunded my money back.

i have already sent you my bank statement to let you people know that i am not claiming anything wrong.What i am claiming is my own hard earned money. My bank statement is a proof that i haven't received my money dont you people get it? Check my mail from jasreen.[protected]@gmail.com which i sent on your email id [protected]@yepme.com .You need to teach your staff well to first check all the details and then revert back
